1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of epochjson.com and Epoch to JSON (the “Service”), operated as a free web application. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

The Service provides client-side tools including a json epoch converter, unix timestamp converter, and timezone difference calculator. All conversion logic runs in your browser; we do not process your input on our servers as part of normal tool operation.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of conversions, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Timestamp detection uses heuristics and may misclassify edge cases. Always verify results against your system clock and API contracts before production use.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epoch to JSON and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or misrepresent affiliation with Epoch to JSON

6. Intellectual property

The Service design, copy, and code are owned by the operators of Epoch to JSON unless otherwise noted. You may use the tools for personal and commercial debugging purposes. You retain all rights to data you process locally in your browser.

7. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
